*We offer two hours’ dining time for groups of two, two hours and fifteen minutes for groups of three or four, and two and a half hours for groups of five or six.
*Please contact the restaurant if you are running late for your reservation, if we do not hear from you we will hold your reservation for ten minutes before we offer it to another group of guests.

FOOD & DRINK
*We can adapt our menu to many different food allergies and dietary restrictions, but please call or email us ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate you.
*We offer both an à la carte and curated tasting menu. There is no need to book either ahead of time, you can decide upon arrival. We require that all guests in the reservation participate in the curated menu, as it is served family-style to share.
*Our corkage fee is $50 per standard 750ml bottle of wine.
*There are many delicious desserts on our menu, if you choose to bring your own cake to the restaurant we charge a fee of $10 per guest.
THE SPACE
*Unfortunately Quetzal is not fully accessible. There is a step leading up to the door to the restaurant, and the bathrooms are down a flight of stairs.
*The restaurant has three dining areas - the cocktail bar, the chef’s bar in front of the open kitchen, and regular dining tables. Please ensure that you book the seats you want, as we may not be able to change them.
*Quetzal is unique in that all of our food is cooked on an open fire - This means that the restaurant can get quite hot and smoky. Please contact us ahead of time if those are things you are sensitive to and we can discuss possible accommodations.
*We do not have a private dining room, but do offer full restaurant buyouts for groups of up to 60 guests. We require two months’ notice for private events. Contact us at info@quetzaltoronto.com for more information.
